Refund Policy

We believe in transparency and want you to understand exactly how refunds work at polumyrameruyvo. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for processing refunds.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

Understanding when you're eligible for a refund helps set clear expectations. We want to be completely upfront about what qualifies and what doesn't.

Course Enrollments
Full refund available within 14 days of enrollment if less than 20% of course content has been accessed. After this period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Subscription Services
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with no refund for the current billing period. Annual subscriptions offer pro-rated refunds within the first 30 days.
Workshop Bookings
Workshop cancellations made 7+ days before the event date receive full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
Consultation Services
One-on-one consultations can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment. Refunds are available only if we cannot provide alternative scheduling within 30 days.
Important to Remember
Digital content that has been fully downloaded or accessed beyond our specified limits may not qualify for refunds. We track usage to ensure fair application of our policy.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. You'll receive confirmation via email with expected completion dates.

Refunds appear in your original payment method within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider's processing times.

Payment Methods & Processing Times

Different payment methods have different processing requirements. Here's what to expect based on how you originally paid:

Credit & Debit Cards
Refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days after processing. International cards may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank's policies.
PayPal
PayPal refunds are usually instant once processed from our end. You'll receive notification in your PayPal account immediately.
Bank Transfers
Direct bank transfer refunds can take 5-10 business days. We'll need to verify your banking details before processing.
Gift Cards & Credits
If you paid with account credit or gift cards, refunds are returned as polumyrameruyvo account credit within 24-48 hours of approval.

We can only refund to the original payment method used for security reasons. If your original card has expired or been cancelled, contact us for alternative arrangements - we'll work with you to find a solution.

Special Circumstances & Exceptions

Life happens, and sometimes circumstances beyond your control affect your ability to use our services. We try to be understanding in these situations:

  • Medical emergencies or serious illness affecting your ability to attend scheduled sessions
  • Technical issues on our platform that prevent access to purchased content
  • Course content significantly different from advertised description
  • Family emergencies requiring immediate attention and preventing participation
  • Military deployment or sudden work relocations beyond your control

Each case is reviewed individually. We ask for documentation when appropriate, but we're not looking to create barriers - we want to help find fair solutions.

What We Cannot Refund
Completed courses where certificates have been issued, services rendered in full (like completed consultations), and purchases made more than 90 days ago generally cannot be refunded. However, we're always willing to discuss alternatives like account credits or service transfers.
